First Step Nutrition has the right to make changes to information on this website, services offered and the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via email to those on the First Step Nutrition email list. Disputes will be handled in Alberta, Canada.

 The content of First Step Nutrition website, and that offered during consultations (including logos, images, blogs, videos and handouts) are the property of First Step Nutrition. While you can verbally share the information you learn with family, friends, clients, health care providers without permission, you can not distribute, change, display or reproduce the videos and handouts provided.
 

Refund Policy

 If you are not 100% happy with a nutrition consultation service provided, email or call me to explain why within 7 days of purchase. I will offer a 100% refund within 48 hours.
 

Note: If I have provided you with a receipt to reimburse the cost through health benefits, I can not reimburse your fees (unless you can provide evidence that your health benefits company did not reimburse you).

 As a client, your name, email, address and credit card information are collected for purposes of operating First Step Nutrition services.
 

Your name and email address are used to communicate regular newsletter information, including nutrition blogs, recipes, sales promotions and upcoming events. You can unsubscribe at any time, via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

We collect financial information only to process payment for services. We collect cookies data to help you remember passwords for e-courses and more targeted marketing on Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram.

 Purchases are processed via a trusted third party, Stripe. First Step Nutrition will not have access to your address or credit card information submitted through Stripe.
 
If you are visiting from outside North America, be aware that you are sending personal information to the United States (where our servers are located) and Canada (where our business is located). These countries may not have privacy regulations as strict as your country, however, all services I use to manage and store your information do claim to be GDPR compliant.
 
First Step Nutrition courses are for those over aged 18 years.
